This policy describes how Chicago Payment LLC (“CFX”, “Chicago Payment”, “we”, or “us”) will handle all of your confidential information given to us through your use of our payments services. We take user privacy seriously, and we only share this information with our employees or third party service providers when absolutely necessary. Information CFX Collects

This Privacy Policy will cover all the personal data we collect from you and how we use and protect it. This includes data that you submit to us and information we collect on our own. Chicago Payment will not sell or provide your personal information to any third party, other than when it is absolutely necessary to provide to our third-party service providers in order to provide you with our services.

Underage Users

Chicago Payment will never knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If a user submitting personal information is suspected of being younger than 18 years of age, CFX will investigate and freeze/terminate this user’s account until necessary documents are provided to us.
